We made it to Minneapolis on a beautiful day through some beautiful countryside. We had made the trip before. It was fun recalling that ride that took us to the houseboat we rented for our trip on the Mississippi a few years ago.
Beginning to look like fall. Leaves are beautiful but not quite peaked in color. Our hosts the Pfohls put us in the mood with their pumpkin decorations. We got so caught up in the visiting with the Kresses and Pfohls last night, that I forgot to blog after our great dinner.
Almost forgot another highlight. Jack was stopped for speeding - $200 fine. Neither one of us can figure that one out. I'm not one for bouncing around in the rv so it's hard to get to 70 mph and the claim is we were doing 73. I think it was a speed trap that us out-of-towners didn't know about. Hardly anyone on the road, hilly so easy to speed up when going down, etc. Dang it!
